Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

Every listing includes multiple photos and a full condition description — including any flaws. We want you to know exactly what you're getting before you buy.

All sales are final. If you have questions about a specific item before purchasing, reach out — we're happy to share more detail.

What is your pricing model?

Prices are set based on condition, original retail value, and current market demand. Every item is priced to give you real value — not a token discount off retail.

When will I get my order?

Shipping is calculated by weight and dimensions. We choose the most cost-effective carrier and send tracking to your email as soon as your order ships.

Need it faster? Contact us before ordering and we'll find an expedited option.

How do you rate your products?

Every item is rated on a consistent scale so you know exactly what you're buying.

  • New / New with Tags: The item has never been used, shows no defects or alterations, and includes original packaging and tags.
  • Like New / Excellent: The item has been lightly used or is a remainder stock, showing minimal to no signs of wear, often with original packaging intact.
  • Very Good: The item is well-cared-for with limited use, remaining in good working condition but may show minor cosmetic defects like small scratches, slight wear on stitching, or minor blemishes.
  • GoodThe item shows signs of consistent use but functions properly; it may have visible wear such as scuffs, creases in the spine (for tack manuals), or missing accessories, though all critical parts remain intact.
  • Fair / Acceptable: The item is fairly worn but continues to function, potentially having significant cosmetic damage, missing parts, or being repackaged, but is not damaged to the point of being unusable.
  • Poor / Defective: The item has severe defects such as missing pages, illegible text, structural flaws, or damage that affects usability, often considered a dealbreaker for serious buyers.

For high-value items like bridles and boots, descriptions often specify details like tree integritystitching condition, and leather oiling status to differentiate between "Good" and "Very Good" tiers, as structural flaws (like a cracked tree) can render an item unsafe regardless of cosmetic appearance.

What makes you different?

We've spent 10+ years in equestrian retail — long enough to know which brands hold up and which ones don't.

Every item we sell is inspected for safety and integrity before it's listed. We note every flaw, clean what needs cleaning, and price based on real market value. No guesswork for you
