How We Ship
USPS Ground Advantage · Typically 2–5 business days Best for: smaller items — apparel, halters, lead ropes, bits, and accessories. Affordable and reliable for most orders.
USPS Priority Mail · Typically 1–3 business days Best for: time-sensitive orders or items that ship well in flat-rate boxes. Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
UPS Ground · Typically 1–5 business days Best for: larger or heavier items — blankets, saddle pads, boots, and bulky equipment. Carrier is selected automatically based on size and weight.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Tracking
Tracking is included with every order. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships. If you don't see it within 24 hours of your order shipping, check your spam folder or contact us.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and delivery address. We choose the most cost-effective carrier for each order — you're never paying for a premium service you don't need.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they've shipped. TackFinds is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve it.
